Where It All Started
After years of customers requesting ice cream, we decided it was finally time to listen to our VolleFans and create something special for families to enjoy. With the high quality milk we work hard to produce every single day, creating ice cream felt like the perfect next step for our family farm.
But we didn’t want to rush it…
Originally, we hoped to launch our ice cream at the beginning of the year, but along the way we ran into obstacles, delays, and plenty of learning moments. Rather than settling for something that wasn’t exactly right, we chose to slow down and keep refining every detail. Through each round of testing, tasting, and adjusting, one thing became clear, good things really do take time! And if we were going to make ice cream, it had to meet the same high standards we hold for every product that leaves our farm.

This was not something that came together overnight. From flavor development to texture and consistency, our team spent months carefully fine tuning every detail to create an ice cream we felt proud to put the Volleman’s name on.
Each flavor went through countless rounds of testing until everything was exactly where we wanted it to be. From creating a rich and creamy base to selecting the perfect inclusions and designing packaging that reflected our brand, every decision was made with intention. The end result is a premium ice cream crafted with care from start to finish!
