Job Summary
We are looking for a Filler Operator to join our production team. This position plays an important role in the bottling process by operating and monitoring filling equipment, ensuring products are accurately filled, capped, and packed according to quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor filler and related production line equipment
- Inspect bottles, caps, and labels for quality and accuracy
- Place filled bottles into crates and stack crates onto pallets
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and workspace
- Assist with changeovers and minor equipment adjustments as needed
- Follow all safety and quality procedures to ensure product integrity
Requirements
- Ability to learn and operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
